Required Medical Forms

Before all scouting activities, the Scoutmaster is required to have parts A and B medical forms for each scout.

Longer Term Trips (over 72 hours)

For longer term trips (over 72 hours), the Scoutmaster must also have medical form part C, which must be signed by a doctor. Please plan ahead to get this form signed at the next annual check-up, or as soon as possible prior to a longer term trip.

Want to get more involved?

We would love your help! Contact the Scoutmaster to see what help is needed. You can help us run the troop by becoming a Committee Member, or help oversee the scout advancements as a Merit Badge Counselor or Assistant Scout Master (ASM). However, you wish to get involved, simply talk to the Scoutmaster, and then take the required training listed below.
